Suspending Uniform Rules 47 and 55 of the Alaska                              
State Legislature relating to the carry over of bills

Senator Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                  
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39 be taken up at this time.                         
Without objection, it was so ordered.

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39 Suspending                                  
Uniform Rules 47 and 55 of the Alaska State Legislature relating to            
the carry over of bills to a special session, was read the second time.        
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39 was before the                              
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 39 Suspending Uniform Rules 47 and 55 of the Alaska State                  
Legislature relating to the carry over of bills to a special session,
